What happen to our national team in SAFF?????? broke all fans heart by losing to India and did not even play well,I will say that the squad had great player and talent, so why they looooseee....for me the answer is the coaches plan didnt work well,5-2-3 formation was terrible ,cas of that the midfield was very weak and the team could not control the game. No use takin about that anyway let’s hope good for next SAFF championship

this week some interesting PHP flaws were reported including phpinfo.php globals CSS , XSS or Cross site scripting vulnerabilities ...as usual i was looking for a victim and u would be surprised ... i found out tht http://www.dhivehinet.net.mv/ was vulnerable ... heee dont believe dhoo
i wrote the following test script for testing and it worked

may a be good hacker can get advantage out of this... no cookies to steal so there is nothing more i could do from this flaw...lets say it is useless for me but still discloses alot of information about the server...i have posted this in jaaablog and dhivehin.net and they all have confirmend ..after two day dhiraagu have blocked phpnfo.php.. & fixed it....so u guys cant see wht i saw now..but check out the screen print..

When you are using dail up..actually..every time u connect.. dhiraagu assigns an ip for u...but we can modify and spoof...if we use a manual setting...so tht means we can get any ip we want..when we change it do dhiraagus proxy server...202.1.201.237 (proxy.dhivehinet.net.mv)..things get mcuh better....
every single request made by each and every internet user goes through this proxy...so if we use tht as an ip.. and capture all the incoming packets your gonna see a lot nice information...
This flaw can be used to do any thing...even u can be www.dhivehinet.net.mv... and sniff there ftp or any password..or be a mail server and log mail passwords..

i have learn this bug from jaa blog and have tested by myself using ethereal...
we can even use msn sniffer...ace pasword sniffer...etc..... to caputre password & conversations
....till last time i checked..dhiraaagu havnt fix this bug .. 3.59 12 nov 2005

APPLE in Maldives...

Foucs Computers has got Apple Mac's in the show room now. Seems they are selling Mac's. On display are iMac's, Power Mac's and PowerBooks too. This was good news. Finally a good desktop environment. The question now everyone is waiting for is: will mac's make it? I think still Mac's are a bit expensive for most Maldivians plus they are too used to the PC's. Now only the rich kids use the Mac's and these guys get them down from other countries. For Office; I don't think except your boss who can spend extra money without questions being asked will get mac's. I feel the Maldivian Office environments are not yet ready to use Mac's as the desktop platform. It will be great if they do. iPods has a market :) and Surprisingly no Mac Mini's in the show room.

Me and couple of my friends are currently working on website which publishes daily "iulaans" from different sources(newspapers)....the address is www.iulaan.net we have uploaded a beta test version yestraday...the look and layout is good..but as most of my friends commneted the arrangment of the iulaan is "BAD" we are thinking of different ways...may be a flash album..or some thing...if anyone have a better idea you can send it to me...hoping to launche this website as soon as possible...and also i am working on an other website for a company called penthouse ... the layout and design is complete..more on the later...so i am waiting for feedsbacks..

Dont want to"(Dhiraagu WebSMS)" line to appear in messages you send via the WebSMS system? Then simply add a equal sign ("=") as the last character in your post! no more dhiraagu...

Do you have some looonnggg message to send to someone and it's hard to fit in the 140 character limit that WebSMS imposes on you? Worry no more. You don't need to split the message into bits and send as separate messages and risk decreasing that dreaded 10 SMS limit you have for the day. All you need to do is disable JavaScript support in your browser temporary (It is an easy feat - consult your browser documentation on how to do this). When you type in the messages now, the limit counter will stay the same and you can go on typing forever. The messages are sent to the recipient as discrete SMS messages of text limit ~140 characters each. However, you will be penalized for only one SMS in the WebSMS daily limit counter.

Finally I have a added a shout box to my home page after struggling for 3 days, it is actually a remote based service provided by http://saybox2.co.uk/ I modified there code and was able to integrate there form & buttons into my webpage with some errors. Still it is 100% working. And the best thing is that when modified we can remove the ads from the shout box and arrange the forms and buttons as we want….

Microsoft surprised developers on Monday by releasing a test version of a new Windows file system. The company made the test version of the system, called WinFS, available to Microsoft Developer Network subscribers. The software giant had originally planned to release WinFS--which it said would make for better desktop file searching--as part of the next version of Windows, once called Longhorn but now known as Vista. However, roughly a year ago, Microsoft announced it was pulling WinFS out of Longhorn in order to let the OS ship in 2006. Of WinFS, the company said only that it would be in beta form by the time Longhorn shipped. That left many with the impression that a test version of the file system would not come until next year. However, a WinFS developer said he would not consider the long-delayed system to be early. "I would certainly not characterize WinFS as being ahead of schedule," said Quentin Clark, director of program management for the new file system. Operating systems such as Windows, Unix, Linux and others, use file systems to organize and store information. last week a group of maldivan hackers called ctf were able to hack dhivehin.net.. one of the popular maldivan hacking & security related forum...they say tht they used a php bot to steal the admin cookie ...???? haaa haa...if it was tht easy...all smf forum around tht world would be turned upside down....anyway
they didnt messed up any thin...they just uploaded a simple banner...thts all...

but yestarday....a international group of hackers have hack the whole server .... which dhivehin.net was hosted... no mercy this time the whole site was defaced and files were deleted...
they wrote this in the index source code

Yesterday … codes were publicly released for 3 new flaws in windows and Internet explorer..most of the exploits allow full remote code execution…haaaaa haaaa
and dont feel safe if ur behind a firewall or a router cas IE com objects flaw can be exploited through html scripts,emails webpages etc ……
Metasploit have also released there versions of the new exploits for Msf..
so Hurry up and update windows ....u may be the next victim….....

VMWare This is one of the most useful bits of software you can get.I just installed VMware Workstation 5 and I have to say I am extremely impressed... after I got it up and running i tried to install knoppix & Whax Live version in it, and it just worked perfectly. On top of that it was very fast, much faster than the equivalent Virtual PC from Microsoft. Virtual PC uses 100% of my CPU, when the VM is running, CPU usage is scaled depending on the load of the VMware. Much nicer, and much snappier.and i also like the the drag and drop feature ,which allows staright foward drag and drop between host and guest(virtual) PC.

toaday i installed IE 7 beta to my PC....it was hard.....Windows Genuine Advantage stuff is already starting to aggrivate me...but after hours of searching i found a way to crack the installation file...

# Extract IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe with WinRAR (or anything that works) to a temporary directory
# Open update\iecustom.dll in a hex editor
# Navigate to hexadecimal offset 0x1034h(4148 decimal) and change 0F 95 to 0F 94
# Save and execute update.exe and install....

and at last IE 7 supports tab browsing ...the UI looks great and they have added a new feature called Phishing filter
